SUGARLESS OATMEAL DROPS 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, at room temperature
1 c. low-calorie granulated sugar substitute
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Cream butter until light and blend in sugar substitute. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by level teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and cookies just firm to touch. Transfer to wire rack to cool. 50 calories per cookie. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
