SPICY BEEF SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. water
1 c. barbecue sauce

Brown meat. Drain. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in water, macaroni, and barbecue sauce. Cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir occasionally. Stir in cheese, if desired. 6 servings.
