HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground smoked ham
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice or water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix ingredients (except sauce ingredients) well. Form mixture into 2 inch balls (a little smaller than a tennis ball). Place into a baking pan ( a tall 9 1/2 x 13 inches). Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Turn during baking.

Makes 1 dozen balls.
