SWEDISH HAM BALLS 
PART A:

1 lb. smoked ham
1 lb. fresh pork
1/2 lb. beef
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs

PART B:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar - may be part pineapple juice
1/2 c. water

Grind and mix well all of Part A, and form into small balls. Bake in slow oven (275 to 300 degrees) - 1/2 hour. Then pour off grease.

Heat and mix well all of Part B. Pour over meatballs in casserole and simmer in slow oven.

Good served with boiled rice.
