BAKED HAM BALLS 
1/2 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
Chopped onion
mustard powder
1 cup milk
Cracker crumbs
Parsley flakes

Mix ingredients together and make into bite size balls.

Sauce:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. mustard powder

Mix ingredients and boil. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Pour over unbaked balls. Bake uncovered 1 hour. Baste frequently.
