CRUNCHY BAKED HAM SALAD 
3 c. cubed cooked ham
1 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pimento pepper (I used less)
4 to 5 stuffed olives, cut fine
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard (I used spicy)
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Put into 8 inch square baking dish. Top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6.
