ONE PAN HAM AND CHEESE BAKE 
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 eggs
1 c. ham, cut up
1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 sm. tomato, cut up
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix the first 7 ingredients until uniform in color. Stir in remaining ingredients and bake uncovered in a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Check with a toothpick.

This recipe is also great for a brunch. You can do this ahead, refrigerate up to 24 hours and bake 50-55 minutes. Serves 4-6 servings. Double recipe for brunch.
