ONE PAN HAM AND CHEESE BAKE 
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
1 c. fully cooked cubed ham
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 green onions, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese (American, Swiss or Cheddar)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square baking dish. Mix Bisquick, milk, mustard, parsley, pepper and eggs in bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes. A good way to use leftover ham.

One container of Egg Beaters may be used for the eggs, if you're watching your cholesterol.
