TERIYAKI STEAK 
2 lb. flank steak (once through tenderizer)
1 can undiluted beef consomme
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. lime juice (1 lime)
2 tbsp. brown sugar or honey

Cut meat into 1-inch diagonal strips. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Drain meat. Grill and brush with sauce.
