SWISS 'N BACON SALAD 
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
10 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

SALAD:

2 c. torn Iceberg lettuce
2 c. torn Romaine lettuce
4 oz. (1 c.) Swiss cheese, cut into 2 x 1/4 inch strips
1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced

In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Dressing will be thick.

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Just before serving, add dressing; toss until well coated. 4 to 6 servings.
