CRISP PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. corn oil butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar

Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda. In large bowl at medium speed beat butter, peanut butter until smooth. Beat sugars until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla, add flour mixture and beat well. If necessary, chill dough, shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Flatten with floured fork, making criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack. Makes 6 dozen.
