SPECIAL OCCASION GREEN BEANS | |
3-4 lb. fresh green beans or frozen cut green beans 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. parsley flakes 2 tsp. onion flakes Salt and pepper Wash beans, remove ends and cut beans into 1 inch pieces. Cook until crisp-tender (marinade will soften them). Cool. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over beans and refrigerate overnight. Reheat to serve. 8 servings. |
