MIDNIGHT SPECIAL - 2 HOUR BEANS 
2 lbs. pinto beans
2 tbsp. Arm & Hammer baking soda

Wash and clean the beans. Put in pot. Cover beans with water. Put 2 tablespoons baking soda in beans. Cook for 25 minutes then wash beans real good. Fill with water and cook. Add 10 tablespoons bacon grease, adding 2 tablespoons salt. In less than 2 hours the beans are finished.
