PECAN CRISPIES | |
1/2 c. butter 6 tbsp. brown sugar 6 tbsp. granulated sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F about 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. |
