COCONUT CREAM PIE 
4 eggs, leaving 3 whites for meringue
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. coconut

Mix ingredients together and cook for 5 minutes or until thick. Have 2 pie crust baked, pour filling into pie crusts and cover with meringue and bake at 350 degrees.
