COCONUT CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 lg. can Pet milk
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. angel flaked coconut

Mix flour and sugar, beat egg yolks, add Pet milk and sweet milk, stir until well mixed. Then add butter, coconut and vanilla, cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly while cooking. Pour into a cooled pie crust. Top with meringue.

MERINGUE:

4 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Put egg whites in bowl, then put a dash of salt in them, beat until stiff, then add sugar and vanilla, beat until mixed well. Then top pie with this. Place pie in oven until meringue is golden brown.
