HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
Fill soup can 3/4 full with milk
White potatoes, thinly sliced
Chopped onion
Garlic powder

Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper and garlic powder, drain meat. In greased casserole dish put layer of potato and sprinkle with onions. Repeat layers until all meat is used. Pour mushroom soup on top of potatoes and then pour milk. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
