SICILLIAN SAUSAGE SOUP 
1/2 lb. seasoned Italian sausage
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
1 stalk celery
1 tbsp. basil flakes
2 c. beef bouillon
1 lg. can chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Cooked spaghetti

Brown sausage in deep pot; pour off grease. Add onion, green pepper, and celery until just transparent. Add bouillon, tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper; simmer 1 hour.

Ad small (desired) amount cooked spaghetti. Serve with crusty rolls or soft bread sticks. Serves 6.
