VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 pieces shin beef bone with meat
2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
3 cut up onions
4 pieces celery, cut up
1 can carrots
2 cut up potatoes
1 sm. bag frozen mix vegetables
2 tsp. rosemary
2 tsp. parsley
5 beef bouillon cubes
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper
Water
1/2 lb. spaghetti noodles

Add all ingredients and 3 quarts water. Bring to boil, cook 2 1/2 hours. Remove meat and cut up and return to pot. Add noodles broken up and boil until done.
