SNOWBALLS 
1 c. butter
2 c. sifted flour
Confectioners' sugar
2 c. ground pecans
1/4 c. granulated sugar

Cream butter until soft. Add flour, pecans and sugar. Mix well. Shape about one tablespoon of dough into a ball. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove from oven. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Makes 4 dozen.
