SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. sm. thin noodles
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. carton sour cream
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. honey
Salt to taste

Cook the noodles and set aside. Brown ground beef and drain off grease. Add the tomato sauce and simmer. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Alternate noodles, meat and cheese mixture. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
