SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. melted butter
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onions plus tops
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. corn flakes, crushed

In large bowl, mix melted butter, soup, sour cream, onions and hash browns. Put in 9"x13" pan. Spread cheese evenly over top. Melt 4 tablespoons butter and mix with corn flakes. Then spread evenly over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
