SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground meat
1 bell pepper
3 stalks celery
1 lg. onion
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
3/4 pkg. noodles (1203)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown ground meat, bell pepper, celery and onion. Add tomato sauce and simmer. Add mushroom soup, mushrooms and dried onion soup mix. Simmer while cooking noodles. Mix all together and put in large casserole dish top with sour cream and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
