EASY ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger + 1 onion on stove
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Mix all together in bowl.

1 can olives
1 can corn, drained
1 doz. flour tortillas
16 oz. Las Palmas sauce
1 Ortega can of diced peppers
Salt and pepper

Cut tortillas in small squares, about 14 per tortilla. Drain meat, put everything in a large bowl. Put in a 13 x 9 inch pan, grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
