SWEET POTATO DELIGHT 
4-6 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Beat together all ingredients (except topping) and pour into buttered casserole or baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and crumble over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
