BAKED ONION DELIGHT 
12 med. or 6 lg. sweet onions, thinly sliced into rings
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. potato chips, crushed
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Alternate layers of onion rings, crushed potato chips and cheese into buttered 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour mixture of soup and milk over layers. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly at center. Yield: 10-12 servings.
