TERIYAKI RICE 
5 stalks thinly sliced green onions
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
5 c. cooked rice

In a frying pan or wok, melt the butter, add the sugar and stir. Stir in the soy sauce and onions and mix well. Add the rice and stir over medium heat until all ingredients are mixed and rice is well coated. Heat until rice is hot and serve.

If you want to you could add left over cooked meat to this dish. To do that, dice your cooked meat, chicken or shrimp into small chunks and when you melt the butter and the diced meat and saute for about 5 minutes until meat is hot, then add the rest of the ingredients. Serves 4.
