TIM'S HAMBURGERS | |
1 lb. ground beef Aluminum foil 1 onion Lemon juice Pepper Make 3 or 4 patties and punch a hole in middle, set aside until coals are just right on grill. Slice onion and place on square of foil and sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper. Wrap tightly and place on back of grill. Place a piece of foil on top of grill and turn up corners to form a pan. Cook burgers on foil turning to brown both sides. Close lid on grill and let cook until almost done. Open grill and punch holes in foil allowing grease to run down on coals. Close again to let the flavor through the burgers (just a minute or two). Cheese may be added. Serve with the onions on buns. Do not start fire with charcoal lighter fluid because food will taste like the fluid. |
