BAKED HOT DOG SANDWICHES 
Hot dogs baked in biscuit rolls.

1/2 c. firm butter
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese (sm. curd)
6 frankfurters
butter, melted

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut 1/2 cup butter into baking mix; stir in cottage cheese until dough forms a ball and cleans side of bowl. Turn dough onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Knead 30 times. Roll dough into rectangle, 15x12 inches. Cut into 6 rectangles, 6x5 inches.

Spread 1 teaspoon mustard and/or catsup to within 1/2 inch of edges of each rectangle if desired; sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon pickle relish and/or 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese if desired. Place frankfurter lengthwise down center of each rectangle. Roll up, using long metal spatula to lift dough. Press edge lightly to seal. Place seam sides down on ungreased cookie sheet. Pinch ends to seal. Brush with melted butter.

Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot, or refrigerate immediately; serve cold. 6 sandwiches.

DO-AHEAD TIP: Before baking, cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.

High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 feet) : Heat oven to 400 degrees.
