1 pkg. hot dogs
4 med. potatoes, washed & unpeeled
4 sm. onions
4 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
4 sheets foil, 12 x 12

Place 1 sheet foil on table. Slice potato 1/4 inch thick, lay on top of foil. On top of potatoes, slice 2 hot dogs 1/2 inch thick. Then slice an onion on top of hot dogs. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Add salt and pepper. Wrap foil tightly to seal ends, then do same for other ingredients. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with baked beans or tossed salad.
