PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
Meringue

In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt. Add milk. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Cook 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Stir a small amount of the hot mixture into egg yolk; return to hot mixture. Cook 1 minute longer stirring constantly. Add peanut butter and butter; stir until blended. Pour into cooled baked shell. Top with meringue. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
