SWEDISH CHEESE POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. coarse cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika

Pare potatoes into 1-inch wedges. Arrange in shallow pan. Pour butter over potatoes and sprinkle with mixture of cheese, crumbs, salt, onion salt, garlic salt and paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
