SWEDISH GREEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
6-8 lg. potatoes
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped chives or green onions
1/2 tbsp. dill weed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Cook potatoes and mash. Add milk, sugar, butter, salt, pepper, chives and dill. Cook spinach and drain. Stir into potato mixture and put in casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
