1 pt. sour cream
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites, beaten

Mix all ingredients except egg whites. Fold them in last. Bake on regular waffle maker or the heart shaped one if you have it. Delicious buttered and arranged on a platter with a bowl of homemade jam in the middle.
