SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS | |
1 lb. sausage, hot or mild (raw) 1 c. grated sharp cheese 3 c. Bisquick 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. water Mix together thoroughly and shape into small balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain on paper towel to absorb grease. Serve hot. These balls may be frozen and reheated. Allow to thaw at room temperature before reheating. Yield: approximately 50. |
