SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage, hot or reg., room temperature
10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick

Mix all ingredients by hand. Make small balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Can be frozen after baking and warmed in 400 degree oven just before serving.
