SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. lean ground pork sausage or "hot"

Combine ingredients until dough sticks together. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake 25 minutes on 350 degrees. Drain on paper towel.
