SPUDS 'N APPLESAUCE 
2 c. instant mashed potato flakes (or left-over mashed potatoes)
2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon, level
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs (optional)

Mix potato flakes as directed - preferably using round micro or oven-proof bowl. Add spices to heated applesauce (using swirl motion) stir lightly into potato bowl. Spread with buttered crumbs. Can be served immediately or refrigerated for later use.
