SPUDS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except hash browns. Melt butter in casserole dish. Add hash browns. Then pour other ingredients over this. Top with chips or cracker crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
