1 med. potato boiled with skins (cool, peel, and grate) 1/4 c. butter heated with 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream blended with cream of chicken soup Add 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese and pour over; mix in the potatoes by hand. Sprinkle on top 1 cup or 2 cups or so of corn flakes sauteed in 2 tablespoons melted butter. Can be made same day or day before. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through, about 45 minutes. |
