FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 pkgs. raspberry or cherry gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 orange
1/2 lemon
1 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Stir to dissolve. Add cold water; set aside to cool. Put cranberries, orange and lemon through food grinder. Add sugar. Mix well. When gelatin starts to congeal, add cranberry mixture, pineapple and nuts. Put in refrigerator.
