1/4 RECIPE:

3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. corn syrup or maple syrup
2 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
4 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. M&M candies

WHOLE RECIPE:

12 eggs
2 lb. (4 c.) brown sugar
4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. corn syrup or maple syrup
8 tsp. baking soda
4 sticks butter
3 c. peanut butter
18 c. oatmeal
1 lb. chocolate chips
1 lb. M&M candies

Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla, syrup, soda and peanut butter. Mix well. A large roaster pan is good size to mix large quantity in. Put half the oatmeal and 1 package chocolate chips in roaster. Add all of first mixture and mix well. Add rest of oatmeal and M&M'S® to mix again. Drop by scoop or large tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Flatten a bit. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees, do not overbake.
