SOUTHERN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6-8 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
