CHOCOLATE GRAVY 
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
hot water
2 3/4 c. warm milk
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar and flour; mix well. Add enough hot water to make a thick paste. Warm the milk in a saucepan. Pour cocoa mixture into milk, stirring until smooth. Add butter and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Note: Serve over scrambled eggs or biscuits.
