CRANBERRY ORANGE SALAD 
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped peeled apple
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. boiling water
Scant 1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange juice. Mix well and cool to consistency of egg white. Stir in chopped apple, orange rind, celery and almonds. Pour into damp ring mold and chill until firm. To serve, unmold on fresh lettuce leaves. Serves 6-8. (Excellent served with Chicken Divan.)
