CRANBERRY-ORANGE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) box red Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. diced mandarin oranges

Or 1 cup each diced oranges and 1 cup chopped apple

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add cranberry sauce. Cool until slightly thickened. Fold in rest of ingredients and refrigerate. Good for potluck.
