RHUBARB CONSERVE 
6 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. chopped raisins
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. grated orange rind
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 lemon juice & rind
1 c. broken walnuts

Mix all the following ingredients together in a saucepan and let come to a boil. Cook slowly 4-5 hours until it is very thick. Add nuts. Put in jars.
