SWEET POTATOES BALLS 
6 med. sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
12 lg. marshmallows
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix sweet potatoes with butter, sugar and nuts. Form a ball round 1 marshmallows. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Just before serving, warm sweet potatoes balls at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until marshmallows has softened or melted.

NOTE: May be make ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for later use.
