2 lbs. Jimmy Dean sausage
2 eggs
2 slices bread, crumbled
Salt & pepper

Mix together with the hands and mold into 1" balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and glaze with a combination of 1/2 bottle peach preserves, 1/2 bottle apricot syrup, 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce. Pour over meat balls and bake for another 10 minutes.
