GARLIC RICE 
1 c. rice
1 can water
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can bouillon or onion soup
1 garlic bud
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil on top of stove. Pour into 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Lift out garlic bud before serving.
